Can I request a custom order?
YES!!! I love creating custom orders for your event. Simply email me with your questions to see what I can do for you. Packaging, custom scent, and colors can most definitely be created.
Why is my jar, bottle, packaging etc., different than advertised?
Bellissima Bain reserves the right to change jar, containers, bottles, etc., packaging as need be to keep with current branding & to continue with a lower shipping rate for customers.
Why was my body butter, whipped scrub, etc. melted upon arrival?
Whipped products have butters and/or oils that can melt when the temperature is 76 degrees and higher OR when the humidity is high. Simply place your product in the refrigerator or in a cool area for a few minutes to become solid again.
What is the shelf-life of my product?
The shelf life of Bellissima Bain products will vary per item however I like to tell my customers that body scrubs (including whips & foaming scrubs) and body butters are best used within 30-60 days to reap the benefits of ingredients. You can extend the shelf life by keeping products in a cool-dry location TIGHLY sealed and free from water. Please see the product description for shelf life recommendations. Please avoid getting water the scrubs, whipped scrubs, lip scrubs, body butters etc. to avoid bacteria from entering the products. Use clean-dry hands-fingers, beauty spatula-tool when applying for best results.
Does Bellissima Bain ship internationally?
At this moment we are only shipping within the USA. At times I may ship to Canada for special events and/or holidays. Keep checking back as we are working on shipping the Canada and Europe soon.
*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.
When will I be charged?
Bellissima Bain Box of the Month and Bella Boutique orders: you will be charged immediately.
When will my order ship?
All products are handmade and made to order.
Bellissima Bain Box of the Bi-Month Schedule: Ship on 15th-17th of each participating month.
2018 schedule: August, October, December
Bella Boutique items: Items ship within 3-5 business days while supplies last.
Orders received before 3PM Pacific Time are processed the same day, or next business day if after 3PM Pacific Time. Most items ship within 3 business days. Bellissima Bain hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM Pacific Time.
How much is shipping and how is my order shipped?
All products are shipped via standard USPS for a FLAT FEE of $6.00
What is your refund policy?
Bellissima Bain does not accept any returns or give refunds due to the custom order of bath and beauty products, however if your items are damaged and/or defective please email me at Ciao@belllissimabain.com.
